Overview:
Organic team building happens in real situations and stunning environments in close proximity to the Denver metropolitan area. Through outdoor team building activities like rock climbing and mountain pursuits, transform your staff into a mindful team. Team mindfulness is described by The Science Daily as the “shared belief within a team focusing on the present moment and ensuring team members interact with one another without judgement”. Venturing into the vertical world requires focus, teamwork, and engagement. As individuals, physical challenge connects our minds and bodies while pushing us to overcome inner protest. As a team working towards a common goal will bring cohesion, strengthen relationships, and elevation to new heights. Let us provide and transfer this experience into your team culture!
During our program the team will tackle unique and authentic challenges in a supportive environment. We will leverage participants capacity to be fully engaged and perform. Participating in outdoor team building activities results in an increased scope of native empowerment, the ability to connect more deeply, and elevate awareness. Each program is custom and built specifically to elevate your teams strengths while balancing your goals.
Results from our team building activities include:
- Higher productivity levels
- Enhanced customer service
- Team Cohesion
- Compassionate leadership
- Efficient communication
- Holistic understanding and problem solving
- Refreshed staff

SCARPA and G3 partnered with Colorado Mountain School to create an amazing day out in Rocky Mountain National Park. Our CMS guides helped focus our trip to meet our objectives while creating a safe and exciting trip that everyone is still talking about. We were able to highlight both SCARPA and G3 products, in an authentic backcountry experience that flowed well with the experience and expertise of the CMS guides.

We hired Colorado Mountain School to facilitate our hike in Estes Park for our team building event. Jake was awesome all the way from providing multiple recommendations that accommodated everyone on our team to providing extra gear for anyone who needed it. Jake & Japhy accompanied us on the hike and did everything possible to make the event a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our whole team. I would absolutely recommend Colorado Mountain School to anyone looking to plan an outdoor event with their team, they are awesome!
