Rocky Mountain National Park offers up terrain for all skiers and splitboarders, including mellow glades, open bowls, steep couloirs and lofty summits. Each week, your guide will select a tour that’s appropriate for the group’s skill and current conditions. You’ll experience a full day of beautiful scenery, great company, and classic ski touring.
Fresh off your AIARE course? This is the perfect way to get out with other riders local to the area and see some new terrain. Popular tours include Flattop Glades and Banana Bowl, Tyndall Gorge and Dragontail, Hidden Valley, and Chaos Canyon.
If you’re motivated to avoid Sunday I-70 ski traffic, get some exercise with a great group of folks, and ski some fresh snow, this tour is for you.
This outing is geared towards those with some backcountry touring experience. You should be familiar with all aspects of your touring equipment and able to ski/ride comfortably in a variety of terrain and conditions.

With a sixteen-bed lodge available exclusively to Colorado Mountain School students, you can spend your entire weekend in Estes Park without the hassle of commuting. Our lodge is conveniently located in downtown Estes Park with a full kitchen, WiFi and hot showers. Lodging must be book separately for $30/night. Please call our office for reservations.
