Meg began her climbing journey as a youth climbing competitor and throughout her early career working as a movement coach for climbers at a national level. When Meg went to college in Gunnison, Colorado she started taking her climbing outdoors. With a strong bouldering background, Meg fell in love with long adventurous traditional routes that Western Colorado could provide. While finishing her degree in Psychology and Outdoor Education, Meg expanded her skills by taking every chance she could to climb in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and desert towers in Southeast Utah.

Meg lived on the road for many years climbing and working in Utah, Nevada, and Wyoming before moving to Estes Park, Colorado. She was drawn to the Estes valley for the incredible alpine climbing in Rocky Mountain National Park and made Estes Park her home for the amazing community, local brewery, and her partner, who owns a local physical therapy practice. She is deeply grateful to be able to share the love she has for the Estes Park valley with people from all walks of life.

Meg is a Wilderness First Responder, AMGA Assistant Rock Guide, and a certified Single Pitch Instructor. Meg is also a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health and holds a passion for helping individuals integrate emotional wellness into their lives through mountain experiences. She believes outdoor play is a powerful way to feel connected to ourselves and the world around us.
