Overview:

Enjoy modern conveniences and amenities in a historic setting. The cottage has a bedroom with king-sized bed, full bathroom and full kitchen. There is a living room with two recliners, flat screen HDTV with cable and DVD/VCR, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The living room has a comfortable full-size pull out futon/couch and a single rollaway is available for a fourth guest. Pack and Play provided.

Off the living room is a lovely private balcony with stunning views of the Continental Divide and an especially unbelievable view of Longs Peak, the only (14,259 feet) in Rocky Mountain National Park. The cottage is within easy walking distance (two blocks) to downtown shopping, wine tasting, breweries, shopping and restaurants allowing you to leave the car and avoid the hassle of parking.

Rocky Mountain National Park is less than two miles away making this location absolutely unbeatable. The setting is private and has abundant opportunities for close up wildlife viewing of bears, elk, deer, coyotes and many other little critters.

We have a commercial grade WiFi and a fully stocked, complimentary, on-site laundry facility. You will have a gas grill and access to a campfire (skewers provided for your use). If there is a city or county wide fire ban in effect the gas grill can still be used. Reserved outdoor on site parking. City ordinance: No on street parking, RVs, trailers or large campers. Estes Park Shuttle runs between the Denver airport and our front door and back. No pets or smoking (anything) in the cottage or on the deck.

Property is located in a quiet residential setting two blocks off Hwy 36 on the way to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Restaurants, wine tasting, donuts, shopping all within walking distance. Fun City;-Family Entertainment Complex with go carts, bumper cars mini golf, etc is two blocks away. This is a quiet, residential setting two blocks from downtown with fabulous views of the Rockies. City noise ordinance in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
